Patient is in pain right now. They are not browsing — they are suffering. Content skips all education and goes straight to reassurance and booking. Every hour you are not the first result costs you a patient.

Awareness
Pattern interrupt. Stop the scroll. Make the service feel relevant to the patient's life right now. No education yet — just recognition. This is where reach matters most.
Education
Build understanding and defuse objections before they form. Patients who understand the why feel in control, not pressured. This phase drives the highest save and share rates.
Proof
Social proof, doctor credibility, before/after results. Patients trust other patients more than any doctor. This phase converts consideration into intent.
Procedure
Fear of the unknown is the number one cancellation driver. Making the procedure transparent and predictable is not education — it's anxiety management.
Recovery
Post-care content serves existing patients and prospects simultaneously. Seeing a clinic care after treatment is one of the strongest trust signals for new patients watching.
Conversion
Offer and booking content that lands on a warm, trust-built audience converts at 3–5× the rate of cold offers. Everything in the arc was building to this moment.

Scheduling Modes
Sequential
One service runs its full SCDT arc to completion before the next begins. The patient receives a coherent, focused story over several weeks. Best for clinics with 1–3 active services.
Round Robin
All active services progress simultaneously, rotating through each clinic's posting slots. Each service advances one node at a time. Best for clinics with 4+ services who want broad coverage.
Content Recycling
After a service arc completes, content becomes eligible for recycling after ~50 days — the period after which Instagram audience overlap drops sufficiently. Each node has multiple content angles built in. On recycling, the engine selects the next unused angle so the same node is never covered from the same perspective twice. Conversion nodes (Offer, Booking) are never recycled — they are time-sensitive and lose credibility if repeated.
